Meet Nik
Nine years in the Parachute Regiment. A decade coaching thousands of people. This isn't a hobby, it's what I was built for.
I've invested tens of thousands of pounds in education because I believe the people I coach deserve more than guesswork. Every session is built on expertise, delivered with the same discipline that's defined my entire life.

1-2-1 Personal Training
Your session. Your goals. No distractions. Train in a completely private facility with a coach who knows exactly what you need and how to get you there. Whether you're chasing fat loss, strength, performance or just want to feel like yourself again, this is where it happens.
Group Training
Bring 2–4 people and train together in the same exclusive private space. The energy of a group, the quality of expert coaching, and a structure designed so every individual keeps progressing. More affordable. Just as effective.
